Purchased before reading any reviews and was super worried and paranoid that I wouldn't receive my order for weeks/would receive the wrong item/etc. Ordered my shoes Sunday and they arrived on Thursday. They're the right size and they look perfect

I never write a review good or bad, but I felt the need to because I was so worried after I ordered my shoes and read all the bad reviews! I placed my order for my new Hoka running shoes on Sat evening had them by Wed morning they are perfect and they emailed my tracking right away.

This shoes is pretty great. I love the fit and mostly I love how cozy it is. It keeps me look great and is soft and luxurious. I am thinking about getting another in a different colorway because if it’s this good, why not?

I read a bunch of bad reviews AFTER I made my purchase with shoes.com and it made me nervous but apparently they recognize that they've had a problem in the customer service dept and they're trying to make some changes because my experience was 100% perfect.
