User Agreement

1. Access to the Services

Children under 13 may not create an account or use the Services. Where local law requires a higher age or guardian consent, those rules also apply.

Some parts of SNKRSGAME may require users to be 18 years of age or older. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Use of the Services

SNKRSGAME grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Services only as permitted by these terms.

You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or use the Services or content to build a competing product unless we expressly allow it in writing.

3. Account and Security

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide account information described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your account, its security, and anything that happens through it. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the information, posts, comments, images, videos, and other content you submit to SNKRSGAME.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so and grant SNKRSGAME a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, adapt, distribute, display, and publish that content in connection with the Services.

We may remove or delete content at our discretion, including where it violates these terms or creates legal or operational risk.

5. Third-Party Content, Ads, and Promotions

SNKRSGAME may contain links to third-party websites, products, services, ads, or sponsored content. These third parties are not under our control and use of them is at your own risk.

If you run a promotion, giveaway, or contest through the Services, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and making clear that SNKRSGAME is not sponsoring or administering it.

6. Things You Cannot Do

• Interfere with, disable, disrupt, or overburden the Services.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or non-public systems.
• Upload malicious code, malware, worms, or similar software.
• Violate applicable law or infringe intellectual property rights.
• Scrape or collect service data without authorization.
• Abuse SNKRSGAME or any connected payment system.

7. Copyright, Trademark, and Takedowns

SNKRSGAME respects intellectual property rights and may remove infringing content or restrict repeat infringers where appropriate.

If content is removed in response to a copyright or trademark claim, we may notify the affected account through our internal messaging or other available contact methods.

8. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SNKRSGAME and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, applicable law, or content you submit.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNKRSGAME and related parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from these terms or your use of the Services.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and you remain responsible for any damage to your device, systems, or data that may result.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Revised terms may be posted through the Services, and continued use after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised version.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts, moderator status, or access to the Services where needed, including for violations of these terms or related policies.

13. Miscellaneous

These terms form the entire agreement between you and SNKRSGAME regarding access to and use of the Services. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
