Stüssy x Nike Preview Surfwear Capsule After unveiling a lineup of swimwear pieces so far this summer, Stüssy is continuing to ride the wave of whipping up water-friendly summer garments – this time, bringing none other than frequent collaborator Nike on board to contribute. Stüssy previewed its next collaboration with The Swoosh in a wavy new teaser, which signals a collaborative capsule of surfwear garments including a Stüssy x Nike surfboard. Shot by Morgan Maassen and Charlie McHarg, the short clip focuses on surfer Sara Taylor shredding some waves on a cobranded surfboard. The board appears in a predominantly cream-colored hue, complete with black accents and purple lining. The middle of the board is stamped with both Stüssy and Nike logos.

Another A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5 Rumored for 2025 Serving as a sequel to 2023’s two-part project. James Whitner’s A Ma Maniére has worked closely with Jordan Brand in recent years, most recently outfitting the Jordan Air Ship in “White/Green.” In addition to that release, rumors surrounding additional collaborations has ignited much excitement from sneakerheads. Miu Miu x New Balance 530 Mules Are Coming The new design has appeared in colorways of brown and wear-away white. Miccuia Prada’s Miu Miu continues to captivate the world with its luxe designs, as evidenced by in another sharp increases in sales that was reported earlier this year. In addition to its apparel success, its footwear projects with New Balance consistently fly off of shelves. The two took to the 530 sneaker earlier this year, presenting the 530SL, a “super light” version of the shoe. Now, an early preview of their next project reveals that a mule version is on the way. Its brown “Cinnamon” hue returns alongside a wear-away white as key elements like the special combination of leather and cotton laces enlivens both pairs. To convert it into a slip-on, the rear of the 530 has been removed while the footbed has been adjusted to match its mule styling. At the time of writing, neither Miu Miu nor New Balance have shared any release details regarding their mule version of the 530 sneaker. Stay tuned for updates, including a closer look at both pairs, as we currently expect the new design to land on shelves sometime in the next year via Miu Miu, likely fetching a price tag exceeding $1,000 USD based on previous releases from the two.

Wales Bonner’s Spring/Summer 2025 presentation during Men’s Paris Fashion Week unveiled another adidas collaboration by the British designer. When it comes to big sneaker reveals at Paris Fashion Week, all eyes are on Wales Bonner because of its ongoing partnership with adidas Originals. Since 2020, these two parties consistently link up every season to create stunning shoes and apparel. Of course, one sneaker that’s constantly revisited in these collaborations are good ol’ adidas Sambas. Wales Bonner’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection celebrates the beloved Trinidadian-born British artist and textile designer Althea McNish. So many of the looks in Wales Bonner’s latest collection are inspired by nightlife in Caribbean cities by the sea. That explains why these new adidas Sambas, which seem to come in black and silver sequin colors, shimmer like beach water lit up under moonlight. Aside from these adidas Sambas, Wales Bonner’s Spring/Summer 2025 collaboration with adidas also includes a range of leisurewear silhouettes for men and women alongside two other sneakers. A new adidas footwear silhouette, dubbed the Country Low, appeared in khaki suede and black and white leather colorways. There was also a deconstructed Superstar Hi-top done up in suede. The addition of these two other adidas sneakers doesn’t mark the first time we’ve seen Wales Bonner step away from the Samba silhouette. And of course, Wales Bonner isn’t the sole force pushing the wider adidas Samba trend right now.
